To check mail, click the Get Mail button (first on left) on the tool bar or click under File -> Get New Mail in the menu bar. Netscape Mail will prompt you for your password and proceed to check for your mail. All new messages will automatically be placed in your Inbox. Double click on a message to read it. If you want Netscape to remember your mail password, go to the menu bar, click under Options -> Mail and News Preferences and select the Organization tab. Check the box that says "Remember Mail Password."

To create a new mail message, go to the menu bar and click File -> New Mail Message, or click on the "To: Mail" button in the tool bar. A New Message window will pop up. Enter the recipient's e-mail address and subject title when prompted. Compose your e-mail message. When you are done, click on the "Send" button on the left of the tool bar to mail it or go to the menu bar, click on File -> Send Now. A copy of your sent message may appear in your "Sent" folder.

The above information is the bare minimum needed to set up your Netscape Mail e-mail software. There are of course many other options and settings which the user is encouraged to experiment with. If you have any further questions, or comments, write us at support@channel1.com
