You guys have been great, I've recommended Channel 1 to lots of folks
and I'll certainly open another account with you if I relocate back to the
Boston area.
I know this is a bit of a hassle, but you guys have been EXCELLENT so
far and I'm almost afraid to push my luck!
I am writing this letter to thank her for her patience, determination, and
resourcefulness in helping me out...because of the help I received, I
will recommend Channel 1 to anyone who asks about finding a new server or complains about their current service. It is pretty difficult to find good people whose work helps build a company's success, and such people should be commended for their work.
I was treated courteously and professionally and I now have a very satisfying program in place. The purpose of this message is to commend these members of the Support team and to bring their commendable action to the attention of management.
Frankly, among a number of ISPs and on-line service providers
(including AOL, CS and Prodigy), I like Channel 1 the most. Thanks
for your attention and keep up the good work.

but I'd just like to say that your chat rooms are No 1. They beat
Mr Showbiz and WBS by a long shot. Keep up the really cool work!!
Whether this means anything or not, I've gotten at least 5 people to move
from AOL to your service just in the month of December, 4 of my good friends,
and my brother-in-law. I've known Channel 1 for years, and always recommend
your BBS (when that's all you had) and ISP to everyone, as I've never incured
a busy signal of loss of carrier.
Here's a periodic comment to let you know that I like the way your
system works. When complex systems appear to work effortlessly, it
usually means that somebody put a great deal of effort into it.
